He's implemented NetSuite for many firms successfully on time and on budget and has developed 100s of customizations to improve operational processes and create efficiencies for a wide array of clients. Ken recognizes the importance and benefits of continuously improving a company’s investment in their NetSuite instance. Improvements consists of enabling new features and functionality within NetSuite, augmenting user’s interaction with NetSuite for better operational data controls and analytics.
